The Pasak-Khoktanod position is set slightly inland from the beach strip itself — minutes to Boat Avenue, Porto, and Laguna, eight to ten minutes to Bang Tao Beach. That trade-off is the value proposition: less holiday-rental optimisation, more daily-living comfort.
