Rhom Bho Property has delivered multiple Title projects in Rawai on time — that consistency matters more than most buyers realise when buying off-plan. The 50-metre walk to Rawai Beach is the headline, but the real draw is the livability: seven pools, coworking, spa, and a walkable beachfront strip mean this works as a genuine long-stay residence, not just a holiday unit. Pricing at ฿108K–฿135K per sqm is reasonable for the location and developer quality — below Rawayana and in line with the Rawai mid-tier. The trade-offs worth noting: Rawai Beach itself is for atmosphere rather than swimming (Nai Harn is a 10-minute drive for that); short-term rental returns are solid but depend on a management company holding the right licences; and the Q3–Q4 2026 handover window is close enough to carry some schedule risk.
